This workshop will feature a comprehensive study of all the information needed to pass the C.C.P.S. This workshop will feature a comprehensive study of all the information needed to pass the C.C.P.S. exam. In addition to the standard workshop, this seminar will include a portion dedicated to beginning or inexperienced process servers. Added emphasis will be given to current issues and changes affecting service of process in 2026.

This interactive workshop begins at 9:00 am and includes updated CCPS course materials, engaging presenters, and discussion of upcoming changes to California law that go into effect in 2027 as a result of AB 747.

All C.C.P.S. workshop attendees receive the workbook and handouts in the confirmation email sent after registration is completed. A reminder email with the materials will also be sent the day prior to the workshop.
